The Bromance Book Club By Lyssa Kay Adams

The first rule of book club:
You don’t talk about book club.

Nashville Legends second baseman Gavin Scott’s marriage is in major league trouble. He’s recently discovered a humiliating secret: his wife Thea has always faked the Big O. When he loses his cool at the revelation, it’s the final straw on their already strained relationship. Thea asks for a divorce, and Gavin realizes he’s let his pride and fear get the better of him.

Welcome to the Bromance Book Club.

Distraught and desperate, Gavin finds help from an unlikely source: a secret romance book club made up of Nashville’s top alpha men. With the help of their current read, a steamy Regency titled Courting the Countess, the guys coach Gavin on saving his marriage. But it’ll take a lot more than flowery words and grand gestures for this hapless Romeo to find his inner hero and win back the trust of his wife.

This was absolutely the cutest book I’ve read since red, white and royal blue. I had seen some hype around it from others blogger who received it and figured what the hell. I have put off reading this for a few months and I’m kicking myself for doing so.

Your Mc Gavin has recently been asked for a divorce by his wife a month after finding out his wife fakes it. His buddies soon introduce him to the bromance book club where they show him romance novels and how to save his marriage.

I absolutely adored this book and read it in one setting. I laughed so hard at the back and forth wit between Gavin and Mack. They were hilarious 🤣. I also liked how the book explored men reading romance and learning how to express themselves and there feelings. Bromance club showed Gavin how to communicate in ways most men don’t know how.

Gavin had completely given up when his buddies showed him a path that lead to victory. The wit and conversations about putting your self aside for your spouses career and not think about yourself too. You look out for your family and do what’s necessary, but don’t give everything up to the point you have nothing left.

Overall I loved the romance, the wit, the sex scenes and just everything. I hope the author writes 10 books like this cause I will buy everyone of them. If you take one book recommendation from me take this one cause it is worth it.
