April Wrap-Up!

Well bookies, May is approaching so let’s talk about the books I got through in April!

This was a really slow month for me and reading. I was suuuuper stressed and had a lot going on in my personal life. But nonetheless, there we gooooo:

The Bride Test (ARC) by Helen Hoang

I was so blessed to have been able to have borrowed a friend’s copy. This book is the forthcoming release from the author of The Kiss Quotient, which was the first romance novel I ever read and has honestly sparked my love (heh heh) for the genre.

• Furyborn by Claire Legrand

Guyyyyys this book! First off, it’s a monster. Huge. Humongous. But it’s so worth it! This story features 2 main characters with special abilities and some fun! with timelines!

• The Right Swipe (eARC) by Alisha Rai

I was granted this eARC via Netgalley and I quite enjoyed it. Our main character is the CEO & Co-Founder of a dating app company (kind of like Bumble or Tinder) who doesn’t actually believe in love. Definitely worth a read!

  • Ricochet (eARC) by Kathryn Berla.

This story, which I was granted via Netgalley, features multiple parallel universes and characters who all share the same DNA. I found myself a bit confused by it all but, enter at your own risk.

  • The Amish Widow’s Rescue (eARC) by Rachel J. Good.

I love Amish fiction! This book was super sweet and full of inspiration.

  • Four Dead Queens by Astrid Scholte.

I just finished this one and it was pretty good! Slow buildup to the action but once the action started, it didn’t stop!

Meh, not the best month for me but, hopefully May is better with the release of two of my most anticipated reads of the year!!!

So, what about you! How was your month of reading? Did you get through more than 3 books? Have you read any of the ones I picked up?
