TBR - Stacia

February’s Anti-TBR

Greeting my fellow book-based lifeforms; welcome to February! It only took us a year but we’ve finally made it to the second month of the year….which also happens to house my birthday!

Seeing as this is my month, I’ve decided to forgo the traditional TBR and do what I do best: mood read. There are only 3 books that’ll I’ll definitely be reading and everything else will be what I’m ~feeling~ at the time.

📚 Five Feet Apart by Rachael Lippincott. This will actually be a buddy read with two of my favorite bookstagrammers, @foxxandink & @sempiternalbooks. Believe it or not, we are one soul split in three bodies. This book is a big mood for me because the main characters have CF and I’m in school to become an RT, someone who helps to treat those with CF!

📚 An eARC of The Unhoneymooners by Christina Lauren, courtesy of Netgalley. I have never read a book by them, but I recently cut my romance-teeth on Helen Hoang’s The Kiss Quotient late last year and I’m eager to dive in to another one! This one will also be a buddy with Lacy (@nerdoutwithmybookout). DM me on my Instagram if you’d like to read it along with us!

📚 The Cruel Prince by Holly Black. Yes I know, I’m mondo late to the party. I was gifted this book by Julia, so I’ll be reading it to see what the hype is about!
