Year-end Wrap-Up!

2018 was quite a year for books and bookish people. We saw the emergence of pirate girl novels πŸ΄β€β˜ οΈ, strong females, and a slew of thrillers that are written in the same vein of The Breakfast Club or Pretty Little Liars. This was also the year I finally reignited my love of reading after having the flame sniffed out by college reading assignments and general lack of time…so I thought. I set a goal for 15 books this year; I thought β€œthis is going to be hard. I don’t really have time to read and I read so much slower than I used to.” I read a total of 56 books, a couple I read in one day! I review much more than they few I post here.
