Oh if you just thought season 1 was amazing you are in for a treat. The first episode brought me to tears. Tammy was one of the most amazing people they have had on the show. She loved God and showed all 5 of these men the same love as everyone else.
A new Fab Five set out to Atlanta to help the city’s straight men refine their wardrobes, grooming, diet, cultural pursuits, and home décor.
( From left to Right)
Tan France (Fashion), Jonathan Van Ness (Grooming), Bobby Berk (Interior Design), Karamo Brown (Culture), Antoni Porowski (Food And Wine).
This review will be pretty short because if you have watched season 1 before then you know what the Fab Five do. They help to give people back their confidence and change their lives forever, to help them achieve dreams that they did not think they were good enough to do.
The first episode holds a special place in my heart though. Tammy (the guest on episode 1) helps run a church and gave up her chance to redo her home to redo the church instead. Bobby at the first of the episode would not come in the church. He had heard all is childhood that gay was bad, gays are going to hell and he was so worried throughout the whole episode. When Ms.Tammy sat down with him and they talked about it I burst into tears. She showed him nothing but love and that the church loved him right back. As a Christian, that moment meant the world to me. and that was just the begging of the season, lol.
This season they also featured a trans person He was getting his mastectomy done to finally feel complete in his skin. This episode was a shining moment for Tan as he had never talked to a Trans person before. He felt silly asking questions trying to educate himself. That was a proud and shining moment for Tan
These guys are some of the most amazing people on the planet. Like last season they brought there A game and helped so many people to shine and be who they wanted to be. You saw them be raw in there most fearful and upset moments, you also saw them laughing and having fun. I don’t think this show will ever disappoint in any form. Queer Eye will always be my favorite show.
Overall this season was amazing and some of the guys had a shining moment and made you proud, not that you can’t already be hella proud of them already. Jonathon had is very funny moments and he will be my fave forever. He is hella sweet, generous and funny. I loved this season and can not wait to see them again in season 3.
Have you watched Queer Eye? Do you love just as much? What did you think?
